As the founder and head coach of BYCADEMY, I blend expertise in Environmental Sciences, Biology, Health, and Coaching to help individuals and organizations grow. My journey began in scientific research and sustainability consulting, but my passion for psychology and personal development led me to life coaching.
With experience in goal-setting, leadership, and personal transformation, I empower individuals to reach their full potential. My three years of personal psychotherapy have deepened my understanding of resilience and emotional well-being.
Currently, I’m researching integrative biology and women’s health at the University of Groningen, bridging science with holistic well-being. My mission is to help people ans especially woman break free from limiting patterns, build sustainable habits, and create fulfilling lives.
Michael is a successful entrepreneur, full of ideas and solutions for new projects. For more than 30 years, he has always been passionate about communication. He is founder and CEO of schmizz communicate 360°, a swiss-based communication agency.
