Where Have I Disappeared?

I would like to apologise to my readers for not being present on my blog, LinkedIn profile, and also Instagram, although Instagram was never really my focus. I want to apologise for my absence and for not sharing my knowledge, my insights, and my perspective due to the circumstances I have been through.
However, all those circumstances I had to go through, unfortunately, and fortunately, brought me some important conclusions. First of all, I learned that everything is possible, but only if you truly want it. The rest will be the story, or stories, that I will share further in my posts.
I can already say that I have learned a lot about myself, my deepest dark points, my deepest fears, and even what it is like when life brings you things you never wanted, never asked for, or even imagined were possible. But I also learned how to overcome them, how to stay faithful to yourself, keep your dignity, and put yourself first.
Some lessons
About these three points, I can indeed write a lot. There is no excuse for not keeping these three things the most precious and the most important. Only one thing can stand between you and these three things, and I would say that this is your free will. You can choose to look for something better, be willing to look for hope, willing to still believe that there are better things waiting for you, or you can choose not to believe in it and simply accept what you have. But either way, it is your free will, and you have to accept the consequences of those choices.
This is what I have learned.
I also learned that on this planet there are some really bad people. People who would hurt their own family, who would create a mess for their children and then blame them for their own mistakes. People who would use their children to get what they want and destroy their mental health.
I learned what medication withdrawal looks like and how hard it is to be a support during that process, and everything that can happen because of it. But I also learned that whatever is going on, loved ones should never hurt you, and there should never be an excuse for it, even if they have one. If anyone ever hurts you in any way—physically, mentally, or emotionally—it happens with a certain level of choice, and there is no going back from that. Clear boundaries must exist, and if you do not have them, it is better to run from the relationship than to stay. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is actually run, get away, and disappear rather than stay.
I also learned how poor people can be—not poor in money, but poor in soul, poor in life, because they only care about money. People will steal money, build houses, teach their kids how to live from stolen things, enjoy their own little miserable lives, and still judge people who are trying to do the right things in life.
I learned that there is only one difference between these two groups of people, and that is how willing they are to stay true to humanity, to truth, to fairness, and to love. It is so sad how people actually live poor lives without love, without joy, filled only with hate and sadness. It becomes a generational disease. And the more some people have, the more miserable they become, and the more disease we seem to have in the world. Only because only a minority truly understands the meaning of love, the truth of life, and how things come to be.
Conclusion and message
Saying all this, I must admit that I am really tired because of everything that has happened. I will write more about what I have experienced but also about things I am learning now during my new PhD role in science and clinic setup, about personal development and many more fun and interesting things, but these are some of my conclusions and my apology for my absence.
And a message to all of you… if life is taking you through something difficult, don’t give up. Go through it, one day at a time. And if you can, keep a diary. Sometimes writing your thoughts down is what keeps your mind clear when everything else feels uncertain.
